In the first day of summer camp, we were invited to join the opening ceremony. The professors introduced what we will do in the summer camp, for example, drama performance. I was excited on it because I love drama so much! However, the drama is acted in Putonghua, I am not good in speaking Putonghua.

In the second day, I was going to Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden. This is my first time to go there. I was so excited. I touched the snake and tried some orgamic food. The snack is cute and it is different from what I can see in urban area. And the organic food is delicious and it can keep me healthy which they are not contain chemicals.

And the others day, I have learnt translation, drama and recitaion. It is new for me because I hav enot learnt them before. Translation is good for me because it can improve my English especially, in writing. 

In my writing, I always translate some Chinese words into English directly. that is Chinenglish. In the translation lesson, I have learnt a lot, translation is not a easy subject. If you are an interpretor,  you are not going to translate the words directly, you have to concern about the meaning of the sentence and the utterance of the speaker, which are quite important, if not, you will misunderstand the message delivered by the speaker.

Overall, I think the summer camp is interesting and hope that I can do better in my drama performance.
