What will this IT e-Portfolio show?
This IT e-Portfolio includes the information from two dimensions:
a) Technical Knowledge (technical components in ICT-supported classroom instruction)
- Word processing document (An essay about my learning in one module about the reflection of personal teaching experience)
- Spreadsheet (A line chart made in an assignment about collecting data of the supply of the Hong Kong public housing)
- Presentation software (A teaching aids I have shown to my students during my field experience)
b) Socio-cultural Awareness (issues surrounding the proper use of ICT in school)
A document about self-reflective Statement will be shown here. The content will be about what I have learnt some important concepts of IT competency in three Socio-cultural Awareness dimensions through studying the self-directed course (i.e. Resources Supporting IT e-Portfolio Checking at https://moodle.eduhk.hk/course/view.php?id=13748) in five academic years, which includes
- Ethics in IT and Relevant Hong Kong Legislations
- Information Security
- Information Literacy,
the reflective statement also shows my paradigm shift in learning and teaching with technologies before and after accessing that Moodle course.
